Dear you,
Most women find this room after years of being told everything looks normal. I believe you that it doesn’t feel that way — and I’ve built a practice around the radical act of taking that seriously.
I trained in classical Five Element acupuncture and East-West herbalism, and what two decades of tables and teacups have taught me is simple: bodies don’t need to be argued with. They need to be heard, warmed, and given a reason to trust the quiet again. That is the whole method. It works better than it has any right to.
Come as you are. The kettle’s on.

P.S. — You may be greeted by Juniper, our resident clinic dog and director of calm. She takes her work very seriously, usually from the sunniest corner.
