A focused physical exam and any in-house testing. Bloodwork is drawn on site when it’s indicated — one trip, not three.

What is naturopathic medicine?
Naturopathic doctors are trained in accredited four-year medical programs, licensed in Washington State, and practice medicine that treats the whole person — using the least invasive effective therapy first, and conventional tools when they’re the right ones.
Can you be my primary care provider?
Yes. In Washington, licensed NDs can serve as primary care providers — ordering labs and imaging, prescribing most medications, and referring to specialists when needed.
Do you take insurance?
We are in-network with most major Washington plans, and naturopathic care is broadly covered in our state. Our front desk verifies your benefits before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer telehealth?
We do. First visits are best in person, but follow-ups, plan reviews, and nutrition consults work beautifully over video for established patients in Washington.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Any recent lab work, a list of current medications and supplements, and your questions. We send a thorough intake ahead of time — your doctor reads it before you arrive.
